What we do
Survey2Solar is a lead-generation service for US residential solar. We collect survey responses and, with your consent, may share your information with solar partners who may contact you about quotes or related services. We are not a solar installer and do not sell solar equipment on this Site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Our survey is intended for homeowners in the United States. Renters may not be eligible to continue.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information in the survey
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or misuse the Site
No guarantee of quotes or savings
Completing the survey does not guarantee that a partner will contact you, that you will receive a quote, or that solar will save you money. Partner offers, pricing, and availability vary by location and eligibility.
Partner relationships
Solar partners are independent third parties. Any agreement you enter with a partner is between you and that partner. Survey2Solar is not responsible for partner products, services, statements, or conduct.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and design are owned by Survey2Solar or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.
Disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SURVEY2SOLAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR INTERACTIONS WITH PARTNERS.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Survey2Solar from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Survey2Solar principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes shall be in courts of competent jurisdiction in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
